In order to secure you appointment, you will need to put a non-refundable $50 retainer fee which will go towards your hair service.

There will be a $25 charge to your next appointment services if you fail to give a 48  hour to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hour notice to cancel or scheduled appointments. This allows the ability to fill your reserved time to another guest on the wait list. I understanding that emergencies happen any more than two no-show or less than 24 hour notice cancellations will terminate business together. There will be a $50 charge to your next appointment services if you fail to give a 24  hour to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving at least 48 hours notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time and guests on the waiting list miss the opportunity to get in for an appointment.

If it becomes a recurring problem, you will be put on probation. You will need to pay upfront the full amount of your next hair service appointment. If you fail to arrive to your hair appointment, 100% full amount of your hair service will go towards the cancellation fee. NO exceptions allowed!
